Entry visa:

Foreign nationals with invitations from ministries, organizations, institutions, public and private companies that are going to Iran for negotiate, sign a contract, to invest, to launch purchased devices, etc.

Business visa:

The commercial host in Iran must register his guest visa application in the electronic visa system at evisa.mfa.ir (private companies section), if the Ministry of Foreign Affairs agrees with their request, the consular section of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran will issue visa within one working day.

 If the Iranian business host did not have a registered company and could not register the application in the electronic visa system, they can apply for visa for their guest in a written letter stating the type of business activity, address and telephone number and full description in the visa system.  In the individual applications section should register the business application and upload the above letter file. After reviewing and interviewing the applicant, The consular section of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Seoul will issue a visa within a week.  

In addition, business visas for Korean traders can be issued by submitting a letter of introduction to the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Seoul and requesting the issuance of visas by: the Chambers of Commerce of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Korea; Iran-South Korea Trade Joint and South Korea-Iran Joint Council.

Tourist visa:

Travel agencies in Iran are responsible for obtaining tourist visa approval. The list of these agencies can be fined on the website of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Tourism.

Applicants for this type of visa will be issued a visa by the consular section of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Seoul if their acquaintances in Iran obtain a visa permit from travel agencies.

Applicants who are not able to contact travel agencies in Iran and obtain this approval must register their application in person in the electronic visa system at evisa.mfa.ir (individual application section). After reviewing their application and grant an approval the applicants must bring the following documents when visiting the embassy.  * Hotel reservation * Plane ticket * fully vaccinated certificate

Sports visa:

This type of visa will be issue by the invitation of sports federations in the two countries and after registering the application in the E-visa portal, by the Ministry of Sports of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the issuance of an approval by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Family visa:

This type of visa is for a non-Iranian husband and non-Iranian children of an Iranian woman who has previously entered the names of her husband and children in the birth certificate.  Therefore, you must register your family visa application in the electronic visa system at evisa.mfa.ir (individual visa section) so that after reviewing and obtaining an approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the consular section of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran can issue a visa.  .

Visa for Visiting relatives:

This type of visa is for applicants who have Iranian relatives in Iran, so you must apply for a visit visa for relatives in the electronic visa system at evisa.mfa.ir (individual visa section), after reviewing and obtaining an approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the consular section of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran to issue their visas.

Visa validity: information about the visa validity writing in the visa. Obviously, not traveling to Iran during this period will be considered as a visa revocation and the applicant have to re-apply for a visa.

Note: To issue any type of visa, the passport must be Valid for more than 6 months
