In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful Following the martyrdom of the late Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran as a result of the aggressive attack by the terrorist government of the United States and the Zionist regime on his residence, the great nation of Iran has been passing through days filled with sorrow, yet imbued with dignity, resilience, and solidarity. The Assembly of Experts, in accordance with its constitutional responsibility, has now elected Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei as the new Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This decision represents a symbol of continuity, stability, the steadfast course of the Islamic Revolution, and the enduring commitment of the Iranian nation to its noble ideals. Today, more than ever, our country needs unity, hope, and confidence in the future. We are confident that the new Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in continuation of the path and legacy of the martyred Leader of the Revolution, will guide the country through the current difficult circumstances and lead the Iranian nation on the path of dignity, independence, and honor. We pray to Almighty God to grant him success and good health in carrying out this great responsibility. We are also confident that the Iranian nation, through unity, solidarity, and perseverance, will overcome this sensitive period with pride and will thwart the malicious and sinister objectives of the enemies of this land.
